About the Company:
My client is one of the leaders within the tech industry. With the company’s future direction, they are now looking for a Senior HRBP to look after their tech department leaders. 

They are looking for someone who has solid experience as an advisory type of HRBP with great stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should also equipped with certain knowledge in talent management / development matters. As a team leading position, proven leadership track record is also required. 

Job Description:
  • Acting as a HRBP who work closely with the business and engage in ongoing conversations with senior leadership regarding the company's future goals and aspirations, offering strategic insights on talent and organizational structure
  • Identify the Talent Development needs, work closely with other teams and encompassing activities such as creating development plans, conducting talent assessments, planning for succession, and implementing tools for measuring TM effectiveness
  • Take part in the Talent Management process, monitor the associated initiatives progress as planned and align with the intended goals
  • Consistently assess the selection process for the talent pool, pinpointing individuals suitable for advanced leadership training within the company
  • Build a cohesive team by fostering open communication and trust; delegate tasks effectively, matching responsibilities to team members' strength
  • Participate in any ad hoc task when necessary 
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 13 years of HR experience within a sizeable organisation, candidates have experienced gain as HRBP/ Learning / Talent Management are all welcome to apply
  • Coming from Tech related industry is desired 
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and passionate in Talent Management field
