About the Company:

My client is one of the leaders in the market and they are currently looking for a Senior HRBP to look after the whole employee life cycle of their IT team. They are looking for someone seasoned equipped with good stakeholder management skills to provide HR advisory to the Senior Management and suggest appropriate & sophisticated HR strategies. The ideal candidate should be strong in both candidate sourcing and worked closely with business / lines before, also equipped with good leadership skills. This role will be covering nationally, hands on looking after HK matters while acting as an advisor to guide China’s issues when necessary.

Job Description:
  • Work closely with Senior Management / Department Heads from IT team to understand their needs and provide HR advice for them, including but not limited to HR strategies, manpower planning, retention / expansion matters etc.  
  • Facilitate and plan for the business unit’s succession planning and performance management issues
  • Understand the business’s direction and hiring plans, provide advisory and suggest the best solutions for the senior management
  • Act as the face of the company and source the right candidates for the responsible departments via channels including Linkedin, job boards etc.
  • Work closely with external vendors (such as recruitment agencies) and maintain a good relationship with vendors
  • Take part in annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budgeting, salary review etc.
  • Participate in other HR projects if necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or a related field  
  • At least 10 years of TA/BP experience preferably from sizeable organisations focusing on corporate functions, experienced in looking after IT function before will be an advantage       
  • The ideal candidate should be fast paced, driven and agile
  • Candidate has understanding from China market will be a plus
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST
