Responsibilities
- To supervise a small team for agency contracting and sales administration duties.
- To be the corresponding leader to manage the operation practise and refine for improvement.
- To communicate with regulatory parties and liaise wtih internal agency team for agency policy update.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in insurance market, with strong knowledge in agency contracting and administration duties.
- Good knowledge of agency contract, brokerage business contract, license registration and IA procedures are preferrable.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
