This leading Chinese Bank is looking for Investment talent focusing on Product Development & Management especially in structured product & foreign exchange (FX), in Private Banking sector in Senior Manager level to support the business due to great success in their business last year. You will be leading a team of 6 with great working culture and great remuneration package provided.

As the Senior Manager, Product Development & Management focusing on structured product & foreign exchange (FX) in a leading Chinese Bank supporting their private banking department, your key responsibility will be to:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end product life cycle, from market research, product selection & due diligence, channel management, product launching, product maintenance
- Oversee strategic roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities to apply strategy development and execution
- Execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation
- Review current workflow, procedure manual and system environment as well as to formulate the sales and operation process and perform product control duties to ensure the workflow process complied with
- Keep abreast of regulations & bank company standard, cross check rules for each product
- Prepare MIS report and presentation deck for stakeholders
- Maintain cost budgeting for investment product team
- Support in system enhancement projects and digital project relating to products
requirements.
- Bachelor Degree holder or above in business, finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investment/ wealth management with sound project management, focusing on structured products & foreign exchange (FX)
- Excellent knowledge in product design, product system enhancement and related regulatory requirements
- Good analytical mind and strong business sense
- Experience in private banking is an advantage.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position
