Job Description:
- Manage, lead, and develop the C&B team and assist with any daily operations when necessary
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the HRIS transformation project
- Assess current HRIS capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Work closely with line managers and provide C&B advice for them
- Design and revamp the set of different compensation and benefits policies
- Coordinates compensation processes like salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programmes
- Participates in other ad hoc projects as required
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in C&B HR experience with solid team-leading and management skills
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
- Candidates who worked in MNCs or sizable company would be an advantage
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Short notice period will be highly preferred
