About the Company:
My client is a MNC with headquarter in Europe and presence all over the globe.
 
With the business’s transformation plan, they have set up a new headcount as Senior/ C&B Manager to drive the C&B transformation. The C&B transformation including centralizing all the C&B matters to head office level while setting up different C&B projects such as title and grading alignment/ salary benchmarking etc. The ideal candidate should be a C&B professional who has touched on C&B projects before and is willing to get their hands dirty. This is a team leading position and will be looking after 6+ staff, directly reporting to the Head of HR.

Job Description:
  • Lead the transformation of C&B by centralizing critical activities, including but not limited to payroll calculation back to the head office, and providing training to teammates to enhance their understanding of the mechanism.
  • Drive and develop C&B projects such as title and grading structure, review the incentive and bonus plans, executive compensation calculation, mobility schemes etc.
  • In charge of review/ revamp of the company benefits programme, including but not limited to employee pension schemes, company medical plans etc.
  • Act as a user in the implementation/enhancement project for the HRIS; Collaborate closely with both external and internal project teams to customize the system according to specific requirements
  • Participate in annual projects such as annual budgeting, manpower related analysis etc
  • Oversee the day to day C&B operation at a high level perspective – ensuring the operation runs smoothly and assist the staff when necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or a related field  
  • At least 8 years of C&B experience (Including operation) preferably in sizeable firms, candidates with more/ less experience will also be considered, candidates who touched on more operation work in the past but passionate to drive projects are also welcome to apply
  • In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills  
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experienced in using HRIS (SAP SuccessFactor/ Peoplesoft) will be an advantage
  • Candidate with short notice is preferred
