Job Description:
- Act as a close partner with line managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment advice for them, including but not limited to hiring strategies, manpower planning and performance management etc.
- Look after the talent acquisition activities for HK office for Front Office hiring, also maintain a good relationship with external vendors including recruitment agencies
- Act as the ambassador of the company during interviews and ensure the candidates’ are getting positive experience
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 3 years of HR experience from Financial institutions
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
