Reporting to the Group COO; you will be responsible for driving the overall technology product strategy and high-level manage both the technical and solutions design of all technology initiatives. This role will lead a team of 50+ software, QA, cloud/infrastructure engineers, PMs and analysts.

About the Job
- Working with client’s technology leaders, enable their organizations to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process, technology, and data mindset to solve business alignment, strategic and tactical challenges. You’ll provide end-to-end services while helping clients align business and technology by selling and delivering
- Develop a clear strategy and create a medium/long term technology road-map, aligning to the overall business strategy
- Lead and grow diverse and geographically dispersed teams and develop a thriving organisation that attracts and retain top data, cloud and software engineering
- Provide a clear vision and road-map to ensure the overall architecture and solutions are very well designed for the long-term scalability and stability
- Design the entire solution from creation and visual design through the SDLC, life cycle activities
- Build strong delivery capabilities which offer reliable integration and implementation for great customer experience
- Create a culture which makes sure the resources are utilised efficiently and effectively with an agile approach to changes as the business expands its global operations
- Contribute to the develop of IT & Technology strategies and roadmaps; bringing topics domain perspective via extensive personal experience all the while ensuring its ability to be implemented
- Contribute and Support the design and implement Target Operating Models, ensuring the product, people, process, technology, and data dimensions are appropriately addressed
- In partnership with company delivery management, lead the initiation, planning and execution of complex projects and programs bringing to the strategies and roadmap which have developed for the client
- Promote company advisory practice – Proactively grow the Advisory practice by developing existing expertise and skills within the practice. Remain up to date on news, best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions
- 8+ years of experience in designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture for business-critical supply chain applications
- Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in supply chain automation software
- Experience managing software product vision, roadmap and architecture is essential.
- Experience of modern API technologies, JSON rest API's. Providing and maintaining transformations and APIs for customers and partners
- Strong IT background with interest in learning new tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience required
- Strong experience in leading and mentoring solution architects and consultants.
- Extensive experience with cloud-based architectures and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- TOGAF certification is a plus
