Our client is a leading high-net-worth (HNW) insurance brokerage, specializing in bespoke risk management and insurance solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients. With a reputation for excellence, discretion, and personalized service, they are expanding their team to meet growing demand.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Case Manager to oversee end-to-end policy administration, client servicing, and coordination between insurers, underwriters, and HNW clients. This role is critical in ensuring seamless policy placement, renewals, and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end insurance lifecycle for UHNW clients (new business, renewals, endorsements, claims).
  • Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to negotiate terms, secure coverage, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate policy documentation, compliance, and record-keeping.
  • Provide white-glove client service, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Track policy renewals, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure client retention.
  • Support brokers with market research, risk assessments, and client presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HNW insurance products (e.g., marine, aviation, fine art, liability, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance case management, underwriting, or broking, preferably in HNW/private client insurance.
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products (property, casualty, marine, aviation, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills – ability to manage complex cases with precision.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable engaging with HNW clients and stakeholders.
  • Discreet, professional, and detail-oriented – understands the confidentiality of HNW clientele.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CMISI, CGI, or progress toward ACII/ANZIIF) are a plus.
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
