Spot Operations Manager, crypto industry (Remote working) 

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Goal Analysis: Analyze the overall business goal and break it down into specific OKR goals and implementation strategies for the operations team, focusing on areas such as asset listing, user acquisition, and retention. Organize team members and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Spot Asset Operations: Optimize existing cash asset operation processes and collaboration methods. Identify areas of improvement and work with product managers to enhance efficiency through process and tool enhancements.
• Event Operations Accountability: Gain insights into spot business needs and market trends. Develop event operation strategies aimed at attracting and engaging new users on the platform. Implement a variety of activities to achieve desired outcomes.
• Marketing and Promotion Results: Establish effective overseas social platform marketing capabilities. Conduct targeted marketing and promotional activities aligned with business objectives to generate visible growth and enhance platform popularity.
• User Operations Responsibility: Develop an automated user life cycle system and VIP program to enhance user operation efficiency and effectiveness. Focus on improving user retention and satisfaction.
• Team Member Guidance: Assign tasks, review performance, provide guidance, and deliver training to operations specialists within the team to enhance overall team capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 5 years of relevant work experience in Internet/technology finance or related fields.
• Demonstrates a serious and responsible work ethic, result-oriented mindset, and possesses strong logical thinking, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Able to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Possesses strong project management and promotion abilities.
• Familiarity with overseas event operations and understanding of financial industry activity rules. Keen awareness of global hotspots and ability to develop corresponding event plans or thematic campaigns.
• Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred. Fluency in other minor languages is considered a bonus and will be given priority.

• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is essential, and a certain level of proficiency in written and spoken English is also required.
