This is a newly created Talent Management Manager to further enhance their HK and APAC TM initiatives/ planning, they are looking for candidates who are passionate in the field, independent with great stakeholder management and communication skills to join their team.
Job Description:
- Take part in all round Talent Management (TM) programmes, including but not limited to talent review, succession planning, leadership programme design, competency framework, TM measuring tools etc.
- Discuss with Top Management with the company’s upcoming objectives/ visions on a regular basis, provide strategic ideas for them
- Regularly review the Talent pool selection process and identify the talents to proceed to company Leadership training
- Closely work with business for their upcoming direction and act as an expert in the field to design and plan the organisational structure
- Work closely with local HR team for talent development plans and execution
- Assist in any ad hoc projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or related discipline
- At least 8 years of HR experience with a minimum of 4 years TM experience within a sizeable organisation
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and have touched on regional HR matters before
