You will involve in developing, designing, implementing, and executing business process design, system implementation, transformation and process re-engineering. Apart from change management, you will be a key person to drive and manage business operations.

- To lead the team to develop and enhance system to cater for business needs, at the same time govern solution architecture/design and enhancement quality.
- Understand business direction and requirement, propose and formulate scalable IT solutions.
- Design system architecture and system road map. Lead the team to complete the system implementation and rollout
- Plan and manage the project delivery of end-to-end project life cycle in both agile and waterfall methodology, including solution evaluation, project charter, manage resource plan, backlog and issue management and post-implementation review
- Identify opportunities to deliver IT Solutions in accordance with the company IT roadmap
- Assist in establishing and drive continuous improvement of standard IT Practices and Governance
- Manage IT project and service delivery with quality.
- Plan IT resource base on systemization needs.
- Manage vendors to delivery IT project and service.
- Work closely with other delivery team in company for total IT solution.
- Plan and Manage IT budget and activities base on business requirement.
- Manage total expenses and recovery for IT team, to ensure sustainability.
- IT management experience with people management (with team size not less than 5) and budget/expenses control.
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- At least 8 years' working experience in IT application development with at least 4 years' in project management, project delivery, enterprise solutions design and development, and maintenance aspect
- Proven track record of managing multiple application development projects
- Hands-on experience in working with System Integrators or Consulting companies will be an advantage
- Know-how and working experience with latest IT technology and Agile implementation methodology.
- Regional working experience is an added advantage, travel in Asian region is required depends on projects.
- Teamwork, able to work with team members and other delivery team with multi-cultural, both on site and off shore in the region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with both customer management, and working level, communicate with internal team both onsite and off shore, communicate with other department within IT company.
