Job description

Currently, they are actively seeking a highly skilled professional who can showcase outstanding capabilities in devising comprehensive work plans and ensuring meticulous monitoring of project progress.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the project planning phase, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, and ensure adherence to the project schedule..
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Continuous analysis of project progress will be required, and adjustments to scope, timelines, and costs may be necessary to ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders is essential, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day updates on project status and any changes that arise.
  • Establishing and upholding processes to effectively manage scope throughout the project lifecycle will be a key responsibility. This includes setting high standards for project quality and performance, as well as assessing and managing risk within and across multiple projects.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with outside resources, such as third-party vendors and researchers, will be important in leveraging their expertise and support for project objectives.
  • Regular reporting of project outcomes and potential risks to appropriate management channels will be expected, with a focus on escalating issues as necessary based on established project work plans.
  • Work concurrently across multiple projects, using adept project management skills, proactively addressing critical issues, escalating possible risks, and collaborating with project teams to identify solutions.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered a plus.
  • At least 5 years of project management experiences with demonstrated success as a Technical Project Manager, such as development and maintenance of trading platforms or financial systems.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications.
  • Strong leadership qualities and adeptness at fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
