About the job:
In the role of a Project Manager, you will be engaged with internal team members and stakeholders to help deliver projects according to revenue, cost and customer satisfaction targets set.; oversees all aspects of assigned projects throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. He ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the project. 

Your primary job responsibilities include:
 
  • Manage project scope, identify and document changes to project requirements, and inform all stakeholders of changes.
  • Responsible for projects from initiation, business case creation, approval, execution, till closure, developing and managing business cases, creating project plans, conducting baseline reviews, and monitoring projects activities and contracts.
  • Work as a project owner on strategic digital solutions creation and delivery for various stakeholders and verticals.
  • Oversee the pipeline of digital projects and guide the core team on agile practices and sprint activities.
  • Responsible for pre-project planning, project facilitation, creation of a project plan, overseeing the successful execution of a project plan with timely communication to all project stakeholders, optimizing communication.
  • Overlook project implementation actively, manage all potential risks on projects, and recommend mitigating measures if required.
  • Work with stakeholders to design feasible, effective and efficient solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the organization's goals, collaborating with designers, developers, and testers to ensure the solution's effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, documenting business processes, workflows, use cases, and user stories to ensure that stakeholders understand the business needs and requirements.
 
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related subjects.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in business analysis, project management, or related areas in insurance/finance companies with a successful track record.
  • Ability to work well with superiors, co-workers, and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently and proactively working on projects.
  • Preferably have insurance domain knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent business judgment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
