Job description

My client, a renowned insurance broker, and they are hiring account managers to support their corporate account service for domestic SMEs and multinational corporate clients in providing group insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be performing as the account representative to provide professional services to assigned corporate clients. To continuously support client’s insurance protection and strengthen the business relationships with customers.
  • To support clients’ inquiries, prepare quotations, and support policy checking for new cases or policy renewal.
  • To support quotations provision, product information checking, underwriting process, and claims assistance.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 5 years or above experience in account management or client services within the insurance industry, candidates with insurance knowledge have an added advantage
  • Applicants with insurance knowledge in employee benefits, group insurance, employee compensation, SME package, CAR, D&O, financial lines, and other general insurance products have advantages.
  • Service-oriented, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • IIQE 1,2 are preferred 
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered at the Account Executive level.
