My client, a renowned insurance broker, and they are hiring account managers to support their corporate account service for domestic SMEs and multinational corporate clients in providing group insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be performing as the account representative to provide professional services to assigned corporate clients. To continuously support client’s insurance protection and strengthen the business relationships with customers.
To support clients’ inquiries, prepare quotations, and support policy checking for new cases or policy renewal.
To support quotations provision, product information checking, underwriting process, and claims assistance.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
5 years or above experience in account management or client services within the insurance industry, candidates with insurance knowledge have an added advantage
Applicants with insurance knowledge in employee benefits, group insurance, employee compensation, SME package, CAR, D&O, financial lines, and other general insurance products have advantages.
Service-oriented, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
IIQE 1,2 are preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered at the Account Executive level.
