Job Description:
- Act as a finance business partner to BU Heads, providing professional advisory services and deliver strategic input on business performance and growth
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives across multiple P&Ls
- Drive financial planning and analysis across different aspects; including but not limited to sales, capex, cash flow etc.
- Oversee financial governance, controls, and reporting accuracy across Hong Kong
- Lead capital investment evaluations and process improvement initiatives
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team with a focus on accountability and service excellence
- Develop and monitor the team deliverables to align team output with business objectives
- Assist in any ad hoc task when necessary
- Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; CPA / ACCA required
- Minimum 15 years of finance experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in the logistics / 3PL industry is preferred
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and operational finance experience
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments
