This Well-reputed Regional Brokerage is looking for seasoned accounting talent join them due to great success in their business last year. You will be joining a team of 2 reporting to the Senior Manager. Great working culture and great remuneration package are provided.

As the Accounting Manager in a Well-reputed Regional Brokerage, your key responsibility will be to:
- Perform daily reconciliation of CCASS, DCASS, and bank balances.
- Prepare and input daily journal entries.
- Check and input Corporate Card expense reports.
- Prepare month-end reports.
- Produce yearly audit-required work.
- Respond to financial inquiries and internal control matters.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for debtors, creditors, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, etc.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and/or databases to record, monitor, and compile information.
- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, and regulators.
- Manage the delivery of monthly financial statements to strict deadlines.
- Perform ad hoc duties to support the team.
- Handle FRR (Financial Resources Rules) compliance.
- Degree or above with major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or other related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in the Financial/Brokerage/Banking/Audit industry.
- Preferably a resident of Hong Kong with permanent residency.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or High Diploma/Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the operation of the Hong Kong Stock, Futures, and Derivatives markets (experience in TRS operation is a plus).
- Be a Member or above of Professional Accounting Qualifications (e.g., HKICPA/CPA/ACCA).
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Knowledge of Korean language is optional.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
