We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology projects. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and seamless execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources for both application development and infrastructure upgrades/migrations.
- Manage project costs and quality, preparing thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the complete software development lifecycle, including analyzing business requirements, specifying functional requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide technology projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including IT, business leaders, vendors, and external partners to ensure project success.
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs.
- Establish clear documentation, including project charters, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience managing complex IT projects.
- Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience in digital transformation, larger scale project or system integration projects.
- Exposure to financial services and banking is an advantage.
