About the client
My client is a well-established, high-growth fintech firm with a solid presence and sizeable headcount in Hong Kong. Combining the speed of a tech-driven business with the structure of a larger organisation, they are now strengthening their admin function with an Admin Manager who will take full ownership of travel and events for the HK office and regional stakeholders.

Job Responsibility
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all corporate travel matters, including policy implementation, approvals and day-to-day queries from internal stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end group travel arrangements: flights, hotels, visas, ground transport and itinerary coordination, ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance when necessary
  • Review and refine travel policies and workflows in line with business needs, risk management and budget control
  • Source, negotiate and manage travel vendors and related service providers, tracking performance and spend
  • Plan and execute corporate events such as townhalls, staff engagement activities, client events, conferences and team offsites when necessary
  • Handle full event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor liaison, invitations, materials, run-down preparation and on-site coordination
  • Provide general office admin and operational support as needed, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams
Skills and requirements
  • Around 5–12 years of admin / office management / travel & events experience, preferably gained in large or multinational organisations
  • Solid, hands-on track record in both corporate travel management and event organisation; comfortable being the “go-to” person for these areas
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and regional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) are necessary
