主要职责
Responsibilities
- Fully manage team operations and business development for family office services, focusing on quant funds outreach to SFOs/MFOs.
- Customize comprehensive solutions for high-net-worth families, coordinating insurance referrals and quant fund integrations via partners.
- Deeply maintain HNWI relationships, driving asset expansion, service upgrades, insurance/quant fund configurations, and generational wealth transfer.
- Build/optimize family office systems, standardized processes, and third-party platforms, enhancing quant funds delivery and partnerships.
- Outreach SFOs/MFOs in B2B/B2B2C model, pitch quant funds, negotiate deals, and ensure timely business landings.
- Bachelor's or above in Finance, Tax, Law, or related; overseas top school or certifications preferred.
- 5+ years in family office/HNWI wealth management; 3+ years team management; insurance/quant sales experience and client resources a plus.
- Familiar with HK residency planning, family office services, insurance/quant products, and HNWI allocation logic.
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent client mining, solution design, relationship building, negotiation, and quant fund pitching skills.
- Strong compliance awareness, international vision, pressure resilience; fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese; logical thinker with long-term orientation.

- 全面负责家办服务部的团队管理与业务运营,专注量化基金对SFO/MFO的拓展。
- 为高净值家庭定制专属综合解决方案,统筹保险推介及量化基金整合的合作伙伴对接。
- 深度维护高净值客户关系,推动资产追加、服务升级、保险/量化基金配置及代际财富转化。
- 搭建并优化家办服务体系与标准化流程,联动第三方平台,提升量化基金交付与合作。
- B2B/B2B2C模式下主动出击SFO/MFO,推介量化基金、谈判成交,确保业务落地。
- 本科及以上学历,金融、财税、法律等相关专业优先,海外名校背景或专业证书佳。
- 5年以上家族办公室/高净值财富管理经验 ;
- 保险/量化销售实操及自带资源优先。
- 熟悉香港身份规划、家办核心业务、保险/量化产品及高净值配置逻辑。
- 销售驱动思维,优秀客户需求挖掘、方案定制、关系维护、商务谈判及量化基金推介能力。
- 良好金融合规意识,认同公司文化,国际视野、抗压强;普通话、英语、粤语流利,逻辑清晰, 具长期主义思维。
