Our client is a leading insurance broker in Hong Kong, specializing in employee benefits and corporate insurance solutions. They are seeking an Assistant Account Manager (3-7 years experience) from a broker firm to support Account leaders, with opportunities for growth in handling SME and corporate clients.

- Support Team leader in client servicing, including preparation of renewals, proposals, and meetings.
- Assist in account management for SME and corporate clients, learning to handle queries and basic negotiations.
- Conduct market research, gather client data, and contribute to portfolio analysis.
- Gain hands-on experience with growth potential to independent account handling and team contributions.
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- 3-7 years of account handling experience in insurance brokerage. (open to consider for less experience)
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn client-facing responsibilities.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous.
- IIQE qualifications preferred.
