Our client is one of the international insurance business groups in Hong Kong. They are hiring a Agency Training Senior Manager. Interested applicants who have relevant agency training and life insurance experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement long‑term training strategies, policies, and curriculum for agency managers, ensuring alignment with our client’s culture and business goals.
Manage and deliver training programs across all levels (junior, middle, senior), keeping content and methodologies updated to maintain high standards.
Lead and coach the training team, oversee CPD accreditation/programs, and monitor training outcomes through tracking and analysis.
Drive innovation by leading projects such as AI training, LMS implementation, and participation in industry awards.
Ensure compliance and quality by handling audits, regulatory reviews, and managing key training initiatives across sales channels.

Requirements

Degree holder in any discipline.
At least 8 years of training experience with proven team leadership responsibilities.
Professional insurance qualifications such as FLMI, IIQA preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and facilitation skills.
Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hiring preference: experience in leadership training, MDRT training, and product training.
For candidates with less experience, consideration may be given at Manager level.
