This pivotal role sits at the intersection of HR service delivery excellence and digital innovation. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will architect a future-ready HR operations model—combining global process consistency, cutting-edge technology, and a truly employee-centric service culture. It’s a highly visible position suited to a pragmatic change leader with both strategic perspective and hands-on delivery acumen.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a global HR Shared Service Center, ensuring best-in-class service delivery across markets
  • Design and deploy standardized, automated the whole employee cycle in alignment with global governance standards
  • Define and implement an HR technology roadmap, including the selection and rollout of a global HRIS
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to drive adoption and maximize digital capability utilization
  • Establish governance frameworks covering HR data integrity, GDPR compliance, and system security
  • Lead change management, communication, and training initiatives to embed new ways of working
  • Monitor operational performance, service KPIs, and employee experience metrics to identify continuous improvements
Skills and Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling HR Shared Service Centers in complex, global environments
  • Experienced across multiple HR functions such as Total Rewards/ TA/ C&B will be a plus
  • Successful track record leading full-cycle global HRIS implementations (Workday/ SAP SuccessFactor/ Oracle/ HCM etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of process re-engineering, automation, and self-service enablement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to engage senior leaders and project sponsors
  • Strategic yet detail-oriented mindset, capable of balancing transformation leadership with operational discipline
