- Drive distinct branding, customer value propositions, and positioning for Private Banking offerings, ensuring consistency across all client touchpoints globally.
- Develop omni-channel marketing strategies to enhance market visibility and preference among HNW/UHNW clients in Hong Kong and North Asia.
- Design and execute client recognition programs, exclusive experiences, and data-driven communications for deeper relationships.
- Strategize and manage events end-to-end, including partnerships, content curation, and ROI analysis for client acquisition and satisfaction.
- Lead awards submissions, sponsorships, customer satisfaction improvements, and complaint resolutions using analytical insights.
- Degree with 15+ years in HNW/UHNW marketing, branding, and client engagement, ideally in private banking.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, business acumen, innovative thinking, and data proficiency.
