We're partnering with a top-tier global crypto exchange to hire a Trading Product Director to own and scale their core trading product suite. This is a high-impact leadership role driving innovation across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for trading products (account models, order lifecycle, margin checks, position management, market data, matching engine interfaces).
- Deep-dive competitor/customer research to maintain trading system leadership vs. crypto and TradFi benchmarks.
- Drive onshore derivatives programs and jurisdiction-specific rollouts partnering with compliance/legal.
- Own best-in-class trading UX across Web/App (modular layouts, advanced order tickets, customizable Kline charts, speed-to-trade tools).
- Manage liquidity parameters, fee strategy, spreads/depth/slippage/fill-rates with market makers and institutional partners.
- Define risk frameworks (price limits, funding rates, index/mark price, leverage tiers, real-time monitoring).
- Build/mentor product team; lead stakeholder alignment across engineering, quant/risk, ops, marketing, BD and institutional clients.
- Integrate Tier-1 vendors (KYC/AML, custody, market data) and ensure institutional-grade security/readiness.
- 10+ years product management in crypto trading platforms, derivatives, or financial infrastructure.
- Domain expert in derivatives (perps/futures/options), margining, order workflows, market microstructure.
- Proven track record leading large-scale trading platform transformations (unified/cross-margin, multi-product UX).
- Strong grasp of exchange liquidity economics, risk controls, fee design.
- Experience with regulatory launches partnering compliance/legal.
- Technical fluency in exchange systems/blockchain; bonus for smart contracts/token economics.
