We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Project Manager to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives within the banking operations. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and financial services—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-related projects across banking domains.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
- Drive agile project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the banking/financial services industry
- n-depth understanding of the project lifecycle in core banking systems, digital transformation initiatives, and related technologies, etc.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation trends
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, RPA, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is advantageous.
