Our client, a leading insurer, is seeking a Channel Support Manager to assist in delivering marketing and engagement initiatives for the HNW customers. This role supports strategic activities and works closely with internal departments and the distribution team to enhance client experience and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the business leader in implementing the execution of marketing and engagement programs tailored to HNW MCV clients
- Assist in organizing client-facing events and activities with channel partners, such as brokers and agents
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, training, business development) and distribution partners to implement strategic initiatives, ensure consistent messaging, and enhance overall client experience
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate initiative effectiveness
- Analyze client feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement
- Coordinate with social media influencers to amplify brand messaging
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Hong Kong insurance industry, preferably in a distribution channel such as the agency channel or the brokerage channel.
- Good understanding of HNW client needs and the insurance market landscape
- Capable of supporting marketing or client engagement initiatives
- Strong ownership and strong
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, and Cantonese
