We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the AI projects within the insurance domain. This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding, insurance operations knowledge, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of AI-driven solutions that transform customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end execution of AI projects across underwriting, claims, customer service, and fraud detection.
- Translate insurance business needs into AI project requirements, ensuring solutions address regulatory and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with actuaries, underwriters, claims teams, IT, and external vendors to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
- Drive adoption of AI tools such as predictive analytics, chatbots, and machine learning models to enhance decision-making.
- Lead training and communication efforts to embed AI solutions into daily insurance operations.
- Ensure financial performance metrics are achieved and anticipated benefits are fully realized.
- Deliver timely, high-quality AI and data solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Drive strategies to identify new market opportunities and foster innovation across insurance operations.
- Lead the entire solution design process, defining specifications, functional requirements, technical needs, and control measures.
- Develop scalable and secure solution frameworks in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of AI and data projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Adopt industry best practices in project management, contributing to ongoing governance and policy improvements.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance organizational standards and strengthen AI/data governance.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and align solutions with business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with IT and data science teams to ensure effective implementation of AI and data initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with exposure to insurance operations and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Generative AI models, complemented by hands-on experience in successfully implementing AI-powered solutions within corporate environments.”
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with AI applications in insurance (predictive modeling, NLP, fraud detection, customer service automation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CPMAI, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
