About the Company
We are partnering with a leading financial institution to appoint a Director, HR Transformation & Change Management to drive people and organisational initiatives that enable growth, agility and high performance. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is passionate about leading meaningful, enterprise-wide change.

You will operate as a trusted advisor and change agent, working closely with senior leadership to reimagine HR programs, modernise processes, and embed initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness. You will also play a key role in shaping the HR transformation roadmap and influencing decisions at executive level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR transformation and change strategies that align with business objectives and strengthen organisational culture
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to identify change priorities, design interventions, and deliver measurable impact through people-focused programs
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes (e.g. talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, learning) to support business transformation
  • Provide strategic input into organisational design, culture and leadership development initiatives that enable growth and future readiness
  • Use data and HR analytics to measure program effectiveness, generate insights and inform decision-making
  • Take ownership of a range of strategic people projects, such as mobility and mentoring initiatives, to support talent growth and a more connected, agile organisation
  • Act as a coach and influencer to people leaders, equipping them to lead change confidently within their teams
  • Assist in any ad hoc project when necessary
Skills and Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to organisational development, transformation or HR project delivery within the financial services sector
  • Strong background in change management, culture-building and stakeholder engagement in large or fast-changing organisations
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability - comfortable driving both planning and implementation
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
