About the Company
Our client is a leader in its industry, currently undergoing significant transformation to hire a Talent Development Manager with a strong focus on change and learning enablement. This is not a typical training delivery or classroom-focused L&D role – the core remit is to design and orchestrate learning solutions that help the business land and sustain major change.

You will look at transformation from a learning perspective: what people need to know, feel and do differently, and how to support them through well-structured, scalable learning experiences and resources. The role suits someone coming from TD background and enjoys working as a programme / project manager, coordinating multiple stakeholders and markets rather than being on the front line delivering training. This role covers global and occasional travel will be expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate transformation and change objectives into a clear learning strategy and roadmap for different employee groups (leaders, managers and general staff)
  • Design and create engaging learning materials, toolkits and journeys (e.g. guides, e-learning, playbooks, workshops for others to deliver) that help employees understand and adopt new ways of working
  • Act as the central project manager for transformation-related learning programmes, ensuring timelines, deliverables and dependencies are well managed
  • Coordinate with country HR and business leaders to localise and roll out learning initiatives across different markets, ensuring consistency of core messages while respecting local context
  • Partner with communications and change teams to align messaging, engagement activities and learning interventions
  • Support facilitators, people managers and change champions with the materials, briefings and guidance they need to deliver learning and cascade key messages
  • Monitor programme progress, ROI and adoption, track feedback and learning metrics, and recommend enhancements for future waves
  • Work with external vendors or platforms where needed to develop or adapt digital and blended learning solutions
  • Occasional travel to other countries to support implementation, alignment and stakeholder engagement
Note: This role focuses on design, coordination and enablement – you will not be expected to be the primary trainer delivering sessions day-to-day

Skills and Requirements
  • Solid regional / global experience in talent development / L&D with a clear track record working on transformation, large-scale change or enterprise programmes
  • Strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders across countries or business unit
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, practical learning content
  • Candidates with short notice maybe an advantage
