- 执行B端渠道策略,包括路演、募资及量化产品合作
- 在高净值/机构领域开发优质网络,主导谈判签约,建立分级管理体系
- 组建并激励渠道营销团队,推动AUM增长。
- 严格把控合规与风险,规避合作隐患。
- 利用内部科技资源优化合作伙伴关系(算法/高频交易)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute B-end channel strategy: roadshows, fundraising, and partnerships for quant products.
- Develop high-quality networks in HNWI/institutional areas; lead negotiations, signings, tiered management systems. 。
- Build and motivate channel marketing team to drive AUM growth.
- Ensure strict compliance and risk mitigation in fund distribution.
- Optimize partnerships using internal tech/resources (algo/HFT focus). 。
- 5+ years sales/channel experience in finance/wealth management;
- With experience in quant/hedge/fintech exposure a plus (startup mindset preferred).
- Strong HNWI/institutional networks in Greater China; negotiation skills for B-end deals.
- Fluent Mandarin (essential), English;
- Proven hustle in early-stage growth; quant BD highly regarded.
