- My client is currently seeking an outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable professional to join their team. This role will primarily focus on review, settle, and handle accounting for expense payments and reimbursements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, settle, and handle accounting for expense payments and reimbursements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
- Publicize and implement the financial system, professionally and effectively communicate with individuals applying for financial expenses on a daily basis, promptly resolving any financial queries and addressing process-related issues.
- Contribute to the functional optimization and enhancement of the expense system module, suggesting effective financial requirements and overseeing successful implementation.
- Manage overall accounting processes and tax declarations for the company.
- Organize, register, and archive financial information and company contracts.
- Undertake any other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field; preference given to candidates with intermediate professional titles.
- Possess 3 or more years of experience in a similar position; experience in internet financial accounting is desirable.
- Have a strong understanding of accounting policies and tax regulations, along with proficiency in using various office software and financial software.
- Demonstrate a meticulous and rigorous approach, with a strong ability to execute tasks, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle pressure effectively.
