Senior Account ManagerOur client is a leading insurance broker in Hong Kong, specializing in employee benefits and corporate insurance solutions. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager with over 10 years of account handling experience from a broker firm to manage key SME and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships with SME and corporate clients, handling renewals, upsells, and issue resolution independently.
Develop and execute account strategies, conduct needs analysis, and present tailored insurance solutions.
Negotiate with insurers, manage portfolio performance, and ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
To perform as team pllayer, contribute to team targets, and drive business growth through proactive account management.

Requirements

Degree holder in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
10+ years of account handling experience in insurance brokerage, focusing on SME/corporate clients.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and proven track record in portfolio growth.
Excellent command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
IIQE qualifications and relevant licensing.
