About Us:

Our client is a leading tech-education company and looking for a Assistant Center Manager / Cernter Admin for the newly launched Education Center in Olympican City. This role will be having the full support with the most advance system, state-of-art classroom and fun environment.

Your Role:

As the Assistant Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience at the center. You will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver expert consultations to prospective students and foster strong relationships with our community.
  • Operational Excellence: Take charge of the center’s performance and day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Scheduling Mastery: Manage class schedules to optimize satisfaction for both students and teachers.
  • Inquiries Management: Address walk-in inquiries and phone calls, providing timely follow-ups to enhance customer experience.
  • Team Support: Assess operational needs and collaborate on human resources requests to build a strong team.
  • Record Accuracy: Ensure student records are meticulously maintained within our systems.
  • Teacher Assistance: Provide support to teachers as needed, helping to create an inspiring learning environment.
  • Staff Training: Supervise and train new team members on course details and administrative processes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: Secondary education or higher.
  • Experience: Previous management experience in a retail or similar setting is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; a confident, proactive attitude is essential.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on Saturdays.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine love for working with children.
