Assistant Client Relations Manager - Employee Benefits

My client is a premier international insurance broker specializing in delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to organizations clients worldwide. They pride themselves on their commitment to client service, innovation, and expertise in the insurance industry.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Client Relations Manager for their Employee Benefits division. This role is crucial in managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering tailored employee benefit solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee benefits, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to client management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio that includes a conversion plan, high-value individual plans, and key-man insurance policies.
• Deliver expert brokerage services to corporate clients regarding employee benefits solutions.
• Support the negotiation, implementation, placement, and administration of client insurance programs.
• Contribute to relationship development, marketing efforts, revenue expansion, and the pursuit of new business opportunities.
• Communicate with insurers regarding client inquiries and claims management.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or client services within the employee benefits sector.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement plans, and compliance regulations.
• Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
