Job description

My client is a well-known insurance company. To cope with their business strategy, they are looking for a Assistant Customer Experience Manager for assisting the Customer Experience Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of the customer experience journey. They will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and positive digital customer experience, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital customer experience strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers and content creators to improve website and app usability, functionality, and overall user experience
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities for enhancing the digital customer journey
  • Monitoring key digital performance metrics and conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and area for improvement
  • Identifying and implementing customer-centric features and functionalities on digital platforms to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure consistent and seamless customer experience across various touchpoints
  • Assist in the development and execution of personalised marketing campaigns and communication strategies to engage and retain customers
  • Stay up-to-dated with industry trends and best practices in digital customer experience management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
  • Proven at least 4 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, UXUI, or other relevant functions.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple project simultaneously
  • Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Candidates with strong knowledge in data analytic tools and CRM system has an added advantage
