As the Associate Director, Strategy in a leading global asset management, your key responsibility will be to:

Develop and execute the global asset management strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and market trends.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
Drive the strategic planning process, including goal setting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders, portfolio managers, and risk management teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and new business opportunities to enhance our market presence.
Lead the development and implementation of innovative product and distribution strategies to drive growth and expand our client base.
Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory developments to guide decision-making processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the asset management team.

qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
Proven experience, minimum 12 years, in a strategic role within the asset management industry. Strong understanding of Asset Management business knowledge of clients, capabilities, operational topics.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable business results.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
