job scope.
As the Product Manager focusing on FX in a regional private bank, your key responsibility will be:
  • Package sophisticated, market-ready FX investment themes and executable strategies by drawing on proprietary research, industry intelligence, and real-time book dynamics — providing Client Advisors with clear, actionable market colour and depth.
  • Act as the bank's recognised authority in FX, offering tailored advisory support, responding swiftly to complex client requests, and educating advisors and team members on evolving market dynamics and product capabilities.
  • Oversee platform excellence by establishing and maintaining full access to a comprehensive range of FX instruments through key counterparties and liquidity providers.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end operational readiness, regulatory compliance, accurate product booking and post-trade reporting, while supporting robust MIS frameworks for ongoing performance monitoring and risk oversight.
  • Manage critical internal and external relationships to guarantee platform robustness, stakeholder alignment, and uninterrupted product coverage.
  • Lead product development and launch projects, collaborating across functions to introduce new offerings and maintain competitive edge.
  • Equip Investment Consultants and Relationship Managers with timely trading recommendations, market insights, professional sales tools, and compelling FX content for internal briefings and external publications.
  • Deliver proactive, high-impact market calls and commentary to empower frontline teams in client engagement and revenue generation.
requirements.
  • In-depth expertise in FX market analysis, global currency trends, and active trading dynamics
  • Demonstrated experience in FX sales, client advisory services, and management of Fixed Income (FI) or related trading platforms
  • Comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the full product lifecycle in financial markets
  • Strong grasp of core financial markets principles and key investment concepts
  • Solid knowledge of portfolio construction techniques and advanced risk management frameworks
  • Sound understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements relevant to FX and wealth management
  • Excellent presentational abilities and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven capability in delivering product training, coaching, and knowledge transfer
  • Proactive mindset, self-starter attitude, strong team collaboration skills, and a clear goal-oriented approach
