Job description

We are working with a growing organization in the insurance space seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead a team supporting policy administration, renewals, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team supporting policy administration for new and renewal business
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow across the team
  • Support sales teams on renewals and business development activities through strong operational execution
  • Coordinate renewal cycles, including data preparation and submission to insurers and clients
  • Monitor team performance, set clear objectives, and drive continuous process improvements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and insurance partners to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational or client-related issues when required
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership / supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
