Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team supporting policy administration for new and renewal business
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow across the team
- Support sales teams on renewals and business development activities through strong operational execution
- Coordinate renewal cycles, including data preparation and submission to insurers and clients
- Monitor team performance, set clear objectives, and drive continuous process improvements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and insurance partners to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Handle escalations and resolve operational or client-related issues when required
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership / supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
