Job Overview

My client is a multinational firm in the insurance sector, currently expanding their team with a Senior Sales Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the sales and distribution teams. Interested parties with insurance administration knowledge and distribution channel support experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales and client servicing teams on policy administration for new and renewal business
  • Maintain group/member data, handle updates, and prepare reports for clients and insurers
  • Assist with insurance applications and respond to client inquiries on policy admin, billing, and underwriting
  • Coordinate renewal cycles, including data submission and follow-ups with insurers
  • Resolve data discrepancies and liaise with underwriters and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support billing processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and client service skills
  • Detail-oriented with good accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of billing/accounting is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
