Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and client servicing teams on policy administration for new and renewal business
- Maintain group/member data, handle updates, and prepare reports for clients and insurers
- Assist with insurance applications and respond to client inquiries on policy admin, billing, and underwriting
- Coordinate renewal cycles, including data submission and follow-ups with insurers
- Resolve data discrepancies and liaise with underwriters and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support billing processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong administrative, organizational, and client service skills
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy
- Basic knowledge of billing/accounting is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
