- Relationship building and to develop brokerage partnership, acquire broker partners to grow the business.
- To identify business opportunities and implement product strategies to achieve business targets.
- To promote on business campaign, to review channel activities and strategies to improve the sales performance among channels.
- To provide training support, products advisory and underwriting support.
- Degree holder in business-related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance company with solid broker network.
- Solid experience gained in life, saving and protection insurance products have added advantagers.
- Sales oriented, eager to achieve more in result.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
