Job description

Our client, a leading insurer, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support operational and transformation projects. You’ll partner with business and operations stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and AI‑enabled automation.

Requirements:
  • Review and analyze current business processes and workflows, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements to support operations and transformation projects.
  • Perform data analysis to highlight trends, issues, and opportunities that drive operational efficiency.
  • Assist in developing business cases for process re‑engineering and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to implement changes, monitor outcomes, and track KPIs.
  • Produce clear documentation (process flows, user stories, BRDs, reports) and present updates to management.
  • Support training and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
What we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, ideally in insurance or operations‑related projects.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating needs into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile / Waterfall, Jira, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and IT.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset; interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation is a plus.
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
