Our client is a leading insurance provider, they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support key transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of digital and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyze existing workflows and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test plans, executing test cases, and tracking defects.
- Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resource needs.
- Provide post-implementation support and help monitor solution performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in business analysts , project management or related areas in insurance/finance companies with successful track records.
- Proficiency in VBA is an advantage.
- Solid experience on business administration, defining business requirements and conducting testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with good business judgment.
- A self-starter with strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Excellent spoken and writing communication skills in both English & Chinese.
