Our client is a leading financial services organization with an established presence across the Asia-Pacific region. To support their continued growth in cloud initiatives, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Consultant to join their Cloud & DevOps Team. This strategic role centers around designing and driving robust cloud governance frameworks across multi-cloud environments to enhance compliance, risk management, and operational agility.

- Develop and execute cloud governance strategies spanning AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Formulate policies related to cost optimization, compliance, identity and access management, and resource provisioning
- Supervise cloud compliance across diverse teams—including managed service providers, cloud operations, and application teams—ensuring alignment with governance frameworks
- Monitor cloud utilization and enforce guardrails for sustainable and secure operations
- Enhance cloud adoption and integrate cloud workflows seamlessly into the company’s ITSM ecosystem
- Advise stakeholders on change management strategies for effective governance adoption
- Maintain alignment between cloud governance initiatives and corporate IT governance frameworks
- Assess governance tools and recommend scalable, automated solutions
- Lead preparation for internal and external assessments, including audits, ISO27001, CSA, SOC, and penetration tests
- Deliver training and workshops to raise awareness of governance standards across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial institution, with at least 1 year working with ITSM processes
- Solid understanding of cloud governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with policy-as-code tools such as AWS Config, Azure Policy, or Terraform Sentinel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Azure Solutions Architect) are advantageous
