This role requires solid experience in handling saving and protection insurance products. Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Capable to manage and oversee complex, high-value insurance cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution.
- Provide case-handling assistance to ensure efficient operational workflow.
- Policy & Underwriting Coordination: Support policy structuring, underwriting processes, and claims management for jumbo-size cases.
- Regulatory Compliance & Process Optimization: Maintain adherence to industry regulations and best practices in HNW insurance case management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HNW insurance, specializing in large-scale case management.
- Hands on in saving and protection products, familiar with trust products have extra advantage.
- Background in related to private banking, international brokerage, or HNW financial services preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, with strong communication and coordination skills.
