Our client, a leading insurance brokerage, is expanding their business development team to support growth in corporate insurance services. They are seeking dynamic and driven professionals to join as Business Development Managers, focusing on corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain business relationships with SME OR Corporate clients for new and renewal group insurance services (e.g. Group Medical, SME office packages, general GI)
Generate new leads through cold outreach
To follow up warm leads for business opportunities from business inquiries
To reach out corporate clients and schedule business meetings for visiting.
Receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to tender drafting processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management or corporate business development experience
Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in related to Employee Benefit, is a strong advantage
Candidates with solid experience in corporate business development - even from outside the insurance sector are warmly encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building lasting client partnerships.
IIQE Paper 1 and 2 qualifications are preferred.
Strong English proficiency is highly valued, with Cantonese also required for effective communication.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant level.
