Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain business relationships with SME and corporate clients for new and renewal group insurance services (e.g. Group Medical, SME office packages)
- Generate new leads through cold outreach and follow up on referrals and business opportunities.
- Manage warm leads and renewals supported by a strong CRM and marketing team.
- Provide benefit quotations and offer tailored insurance solutions based on customer needs.
- On job training provided
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or corporate business development experience
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in related to Employee Benefit, is a strong advantage
- Candidates from other industries with solid corporate business development experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building lasting client partnerships.
- IIQE Paper 1 and 2 qualifications are preferred.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
