About the Company:
My client is a MNC and a leader in its industry, currently they are going through a transformation within their firm, they have set up a new headcount as C&B Manager to drive the C&B related transformation. This pivotal role will involve formulating and implementing comprehensive high level C&B framework and practices as well as overseeing the C&B operations. This role will be directly reporting to the HR Head and leading a small team of 2.

Job Description:
  • Manage C&B projects such as title and grading structure, review the incentive and bonus plans, executive compensation calculation, market benchmarking exercise, mobility schemes etc.
  • Act as a subject matter expert of total rewards and provide guidance and advise for local HR team to follow for annual C&B projects such as market benchmarking and pay levels etc.
  • Overseeing the C&B operation to ensure it runs smoothly, including but not limited to acting as a final approver of their monthly payroll, taxation and pension schemes aligned with the HK Labour Ordinance
  • Review/ revamp of the company benefits programme, including but not limited to employee pension schemes, flexi-benefits, company medical plans etc. when necessary
  • Participate / take the lead of HRIS implantation / enhancement projects (if any)
  • Participate in other HR projects if necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management, Statistics or a related field  
  • At least 8 years of C&B operation and project experience, coming from large MNCs are desired
  • In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills  
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
