Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Leader to head their marketing unit focused on High Net Worth (HNW) channel partnerships. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned event marketing professional who can lead a small team and craft a compelling growth story through innovative engagement strategies and premium experiences.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting HNW segments and businesses in the Greater Bay Area, aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead event marketing initiatives and channel partnership development, ensuring impactful execution and measurable business outcomes
- Monitor campaign performance and lead generation metrics, optimizing marketing ROI and channel effectiveness
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including brokers and financial advisors, to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment
- Serve as the primary contact for HNW marketing partnerships, enhancing relationship management and service excellence
- 10+ years of experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, with a focus on the HNW segment
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities to drive business success
- Proven track record in hosting exclusive events and building engagement strategies for affluent clientele
- Deep understanding of HNW insurance products, customer behavior, and partnership ecosystems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin preferred
