Our client is hiring a Case Manager in Hong Kong to provide support for high-net-worth cases to their brokerage team channel. This role requires good experience in handling HNW savings and insurance products. To ensure smooth execution and coordination with business leaders and counter parties internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Capable of managing and overseeing complex, high-value insurance cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution.
- Provide case-handling assistance to ensure efficient operational workflow.
- Policy & Underwriting Coordination: Support policy structuring, underwriting processes, and claims management for jumbo-size cases.
- Regulatory Compliance & Process Optimization: Maintain adherence to industry regulations and best practices in HNW insurance case management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years or 8 years+ experience in life insurance with experience in handling HNW cases.
- Hands-on experience in whole life, universal life, private placement products, or with trust products has an extra advantage.
- Broker background related to private banking or international brokerage is preferred, but not necessary.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, with strong communication and coordination skills.
