- Leverage CRM platform and tools and provide insight and suggestions for different business units
- Extract data from dashboard for analysis and reporting
- Work with IT department and support promotional campaigns on customer journey
- A degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Mathematics, Data, Statistics or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM, Data Mining, data analytics or other relevant experience from a sizable company
- Good knowledge in CRM platforms and tools such as Python, Tableau, or R
- Candidates from luxury sector with a good business acumen has an added advantage
- Demonstrate solid analytical skills
